Support For You? Get in touch

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental health difficulties, we are here to help you, even if you have not been formally diagnosed.

Our friendly team of support staff will meet you for an initial chat to understand your situation. Following some simple paperwork, we will agree together the most appropriate course of action.

We will seek to build a bespoke plan, tailored to your needs and discuss the processes we go though.

We will be holding drop-in sessions at our offices in Pinetrees, so do keep an eye on News menu link above.

You can contact us by calling by phone, email or using our online form - just follow the Contact menu link above.

Please note that each individual will be assessed. If our support package is not suitable for you then together we will help you to access the right organisation that can support you.

Support For Families

We understand how difficult it can be supporting a loved one (or a friend) through mental health crises or substance or alcohol abuse.

We are not here only for the Service User but also for family (and friends).

We will be holding drop in sessions for families on one evening a week but we are also able to meet you sooner on a one-to-one basis if the situation is urgent.

Check our menu links above for News and Contact for more information.

Agency Referral

An external organisation may be supporting someone for a reason other than mental health and then realise that they need help with mental health problems. They may then refer their client to 4Kelly.

It's important that we all work together to give the best possible support to individuals with mental health needs. Sometimes organisations need to refer to others that give more suitable help. We are here to work together with you in these cases. Please call us.
